What you may not know about the amazing health benefits of Chaga mushrooms:

Chaga has been researched as an antiviral, anti-tumor for breast and uterine and other cancers, helps diabetes, Strengthens your immune system, great for reducing blood pressure, and slowing down heart rate.

Recently I have been drinking Chaga tea made from wild harvested chaga mushroom and noticed I feel, well, amazing!

Here’s a recipe for you

Chaga Tea

Take 5-6 chunks chaga put in a pot or slow cooker
Add 1 quart of spring water
1/4 cup goji berries (optional)
Dash vanilla
Bring to a boil and simmer for 6 hours

Enjoy sipping slowly throughout the day or use as a base for a smoothie!
